ALEX STOLLER

TWO POINTS ADVISING, NYC

Art consulting with a broad perspective & a personalized approach to every space.

Nice to meet you.

I’m a NYC‑based art consultant and exhibition designer working at the intersection of contemporary art, interiors, and spatial experience.

My studio’s approach centers on helping clients understand what they’re seeing, respond with confidence, and make informed decisions about the artwork they bring into their homes, properties, and projects.

I present artwork that aligns with client goals, interests, and the character of the space. Clients consistently tell me they enjoy being introduced to artwork they never would have discovered without my guidance. Presented selections are supported by deep research, extensive in‑person viewing, exhibition‑design experience, and long‑standing relationships across the contemporary art world.

With over fourteen years of experience integrating artwork into residential, hospitality, and corporate environments, I approach collecting as an evolving process shaped by exposure, curiosity, and context.

Collections evolve over time, and I guide that progression with clarity, access, and a sensitivity to how people actually live with art.

A Curatorial Approach to Sourcing Artwork

Sourcing artwork involves understanding artist stories and how they create meaning for the intended project. I’m often drawn to creating visual juxtaposition and combining unexpected media — wall sculptures, non‑traditional media, tiny paintings, vertical groupings, sculptural lighting, and objects that blur the line between art and design. Whether you’re looking for a single transformative piece or building a cohesive collection, I focus on finding artworks that feel both surprising and deeply resonant.

Both my residential services & B2B studio practice are informed by exhibition‑design expertise and a commitment to seeing art in person. Every recommendation is supported by deep research, thoughtful context, and an understanding of how artwork interacts with architecture, scale, and the rhythms of a lived environment.

Global Connections & Local Inspiration

Art is personal — a source of expression, connection, and inspiration. My role is to make navigating the contemporary art world feel welcoming and meaningful. I help clients live with art in a way that feels authentic, enriching, and aligned with their interests, whether they’re acquiring a first piece or expanding a long‑term collection.

I cultivate relationships across emerging, mid‑career, and blue‑chip galleries, drawing from a wide network to bring clients compelling and relevant works.

Living in a city like New York, I’m constantly early previews for exhibitions, attending art fairs and fostering new relationships between collectors and patrons.
